Worst dining experience of my life. I hate to whine, so I won't, but seriously avoid this place like the plague! Update: Can't say I'm surprised this place closed down for good. Very poor management and service. I've heard good things about the other Brick Oven locations and may just give them a try.

OK I'm not one to get upset about bad service but this place is really in a league of its own. No guy coming by for refills, okay. Waiting 30 minutes for a check (after asking for another server to bring it) when it's not busy? Not OK. Second time coming on travel, gave it the benefit of the doubt the first time, not the second time. What's really the killer is that I liked the food...
Epic fail, lip of the glass was chipped, salad bar was dirty with all the lights on it broken but one. They ran out of meatballs and pretty much had to beg for the sausage which was by far the worst sausage I've ever seen. Pure disgusting mush, asked for a replacement and it was just as bad. 6 different cheeses to put on your food with no label??? Empty trays all over the saladbar, inept and careless staff. 7 of us went for lunch, place was empty. 6 of us ordered the all you can eat pizza past and salad bar. Took 45 mins to get the first pizza to the table dessert pizza never showed up. Slow poor service. Salad bar not very well stocked at noon with an empty dining room. Makes me wonder if it was left over from the night before. Took a long time to get our checks and we were late for our conference. I guess when the sign on the door says hiring maybe you should reconsider if you are in a hurry. Hiring =slow service.
