New tenants great to work with easy move in. Ethan in amazing kept me informed every step of the way. Hats off to Ethan
The whole process was very smooth, fast, and secure. Ethan was very kind, helpful, and professional throughout the whole process. He made everything easy for us and was always willing to help. The unit was also in great condition when we moved in. We really appreciate all his help and would definitely recommend them!
Ethan from BAM was/is awesome! So helpful, was easy to work with, and kept us informed on everything. After 4+ rental offices, they were the BEST! The place was clean, it was the best I’d seen so far! 10/10 would recommend BAM and especially work with Ethan. Thank you!
I’ve been working with brick and mortar for a couple years now and I just say as a property management company these guys are by far the best I’ve worked with. You can tell they care about the properties they manage and the tenants in them. David has been outstanding at communicating and in my business that goes a long way!
Helpful on application. Replaced the refrigerator same day, no issues. Easily accessed through cell, text, email.
