Really enjoy seeing the work here and talking to the artists. Also in lovely location, close to bars and food. A perfect way to spend a day!
Although Silk Mill is supposed to be an innovative collaborative space this gallery adopts a conservative uberprotective approach that does not translate in innovative art or community engagement.. kind of cold in the middle wannabe cool but lacking the cool
Colleen is a great addition to this very interesting gallery which strives to showcase new artists as well as those already known in the community. The friendliness and knowledge of the staff and the diversity of work shown definitely lends itself to many repeat visits. This is a must on your gallery tour.
