My experience with Brick Mill has been terrible. I ordered a custom 36" round epoxy table for nearly $3000 on November 20, 2024. The communication on the status of the table has been scant and only after I've emailed several times for someone to contact me at least to provide a status. If you call, you won't get someone live. $12,000 in stair treads are scrap and they won't stand behind their work. We bought stair treads from Brick Mill a little over a year ago for a set of floating stairs we made. Originally they looked good. We installed them in the customers house and in the process of finishing the house, the contractor ruined the finish on them. I have a deep appreciation for walnut furniture, and our bedrooms are entirely furnished with Stickley walnut pieces. However, when it came to finding the perfect dining table and chairs, Stickley didn’t have exactly what we were looking for. We are very happy with the quality of our custom wood and resin coffee table. The customer service has been excellent. It's beautiful and the team was wonderful to work with. They worked with us step by step to make sure the table was what we wanted.
Received the mantel on time and in perfect shape. It was packed in bubble wrap, surrounded by cardboard and put into o a custom built crate. The mantel is beautiful and looks just like the website picture. I would purchase again. Definitely a 5 star company.
