I wish I could give them ZERO star. They must be awarded with "BRISBANE WORST BUILDER". This was an absolute disaster from start to finish (still pending)— a complete circus run by clowns who clearly have no idea what they’re doing. Showroom is getting worked on. Good people
Brick matrix very unprofessional builder in Brisbane. They deliver house late as per contract with lots of issues. Waited for 8 month to fixed but didn't fixed. After no reply, response and no communication.Left review in them. And their supervisor requested to remove review and promised all the due work will be done by 1 month And its 1 month today they haven't sort out anything. Lying their clients. Poor communion. Very unprofessional builder. No communication with client. Won’t recommend. Fake promise
Very unprofessional and unreliable. Its been almost 10 months and non of the issue complained have been rectified.I have emailed more than 10 times but no one respond back.They always blame appliances people while they have install the rangehood as per non compliances. Dishwasher points and drainage have been installed in a temporary way. I wont recomend anyone to build with Brickmatrix they are scamer and play with people dream and money. Non of my friends who have build with Brick matrix in Ripley are happy.
