Very unprofessional and unreliable. Its been almost 10 months and non of the issue complained have been rectified.I have emailed more than 10 times but no one respond back.They always blame appliances people while they have install the rangehood as per non compliances. Dishwasher points and drainage have been installed in a temporary way. I wont recomend anyone to build with Brickmatrix they are scamer and play with people dream and money. Non of my friends who have build with Brick matrix in Ripley are happy.
Worst and very unprofessional builder in Brisbane. Promised one thing and delivered different. They never response your email, calls nothing. Handover house with lots of delayed time as per contract and with multiple defects and never come to fixed been nearly 7 months of handover.
They renovated our office and looks amazing
