Went last night. Wanted to love it, but the food was not fresh. Serving rice in a small, cramped, round dish completely obliterated the beauty of what basmati rice is all about-- long, delicate, and separated grains of rice. Food appeared cold/microwaved. Not fresh. The lamb korma was more of a lamb, coconut stew...not a traditional korma (maybe they misheard what we ordered, but saying as though we were the only people in there, I find that hard to believe). Have been wanting to get into here for since it opened. Was a big fan of the LES location. Tried to go here last weekend only to discover that it was seized by the state. No curry for me.
