This company will rent your house to (3) families. That is right, they listed a property on my street and when the people moved in it was a Venezuelan group with 3 women 5 kids and 3 men. In the first month I have documented 19 different cars full of men at ALL hours of the night. What a nightmare for the neighbors let alone the homeowner. Don’t do it!
I live buy one of there rental properties and it nothing but trash outside and broken windows and Garage door and broken down car. Plus the tenants party and are loud . Plus they don’t take care of the outside it could catch on fire because of tall weeds and grass. You need to take care of your rental property.
BEWARE and find someone else!! We hired Michelle to do a large remodel through "Brick House Painting and Construction Brick House Property Management CCB 229955". I could go on and on, but overall disappointing and poor quality work. The absolute worst part is she intentionally skipped required permits (structural, plumbing, AND electric) and used individuals who weren’t correctly licensed to do their trades. I rented from this company twice. Both houses were run down and mice infested.. The second house was also full of black mold. After having to live in a trailer in the driveway for a month they still expected full rent. Even after informing the property manager there was still a leak somewhere they ignored me. Two years later the bathroom had to be torn out. This time we lived in our motorhome for a week and went without a second bathroom for two months.
