We purchased a nice efficient woodburning stove from this store. It was difficult getting the order placed and getting an install because of not being able to reach someone in the store on many of our attempts. Phone is never answered and callbacks are rare. As I suspected, getting service on our new woodburner is impossible. Calls not returned, no help given. Cannot even get on their schedule for them to come look at it.
