William was great from the start. Went in the the new showroom in Mastic and we purchased right then and there. With the holidays and high demand of fireplaces the promise date was delayed by a week. Will called me the day before install and said the floor that they ordered came in wrong color but believes I’ll still like the one he has. I said let’s do it. William and his crew were very knowledgeable, professional, easy to work with, clean and would definitely recommend them. They reconstructed our chimney. Looks brand new!!!
