Maybe it's the family who owned the venue previously, but I am not pleased. My wedding was July of 2020 and I wish I had never booked here. When I toured with my fiance, we asked about packages and pricing WITH alcohol and were told one price with an added security guard fee. So naturally, we put down a deposit to save our date. I drove 3 hours down to the venue to sign the contract and pay the remaining balance. The wedding was nice, don’t get me wrong. But she “lost” a $2,500 check we gave her. She said we never gave it to her, yet it’s a check, so it’s documented by the bank that it was deposited. She never gave it back to us. She never responded back to us when checking in on it afterwards. I wouldn’t necessarily recommend this place for the purpose that money was taken from us and she wouldn’t answer on getting it back. That’s a substantial amount of money to “lose” yet deposit.
We had our wedding at Brick Haven in February of 2024. The venue itself is just beautiful! Wedding planning can be stressful but with the help of the staff at Brick Haven I had NO worries, they took care of everything and made my dreams come to life. We could not have picked a better place, we highly recommend Brick Haven for any event!
Such a Beautiful venue! The staff were amazing. The decorations, the food, and the service were Top notch! This is our third event to attend at this venue and every event has been j amazing. If you’re looking for a place that can do it all, then Brick Haven is your venue.
The venue is great, the staff are not. If you are okay with the hassle of a bad staff, the venue is worth it.
