Ordered a chai tea latte tasted like syrup. Took it back to remake. They refused n I left the cup with them. Never coming back here again.
The past few times we’ve visited, the service hasn’t been great. Our orders have consistently been made incorrectly. I understand that everyone has off days, so I’ve continued coming back and giving the staff the benefit of the doubt. Today, however, my husband stopped in with some friends, and once again their orders were made incorrectly. When they politely asked for the mistakes to be corrected, the employee was annoyed. French toast was meh… Service was friendly but a bit slow. Atmosphere was pleasant with decent music playing.
