I reserved a spot for a hot Pilates class and informed you ahead of time that I would not be able to attend. Despite providing notice, I still lost the credit, which I find disappointing given the limited flexibility offered to non-members. Additionally, the classes consistently feel overcrowded, which significantly impacts comfort and the overall experience.
