I absolutely love this space. They have everything going on here and they are always improving and creating new amenities and experiences for us, the guests. I love walking up through Thanksgiving Point gardens and hearing the waterfalls as I open the door and walking past the smell and vibe of the Spa to go work out. I love The hot room. Truly just love Alyssa’s Aerial Pilates and Vinyasa Yoga classes on Wednesdays! She is always so fun and encouraging!!
I got an hour facial from sage and it was amazing. It was probably the most relaxing facial I have ever had. The facility itself is very nice. I like the attention to detail, like writing your name on your locker, the fluffy robe and slippers. I would definitely come back here in a heartbeat.
Not very relaxing. Loud. Busy. Had to remind staff to refill all needed ointments before my appointment could even start. Caused a 15 minute delay. We ended on time though. Paid $200 for a man to rub in lotion I guess. No massage was experienced. Staff is uneducated on the products they sell.
