Horrible experience! When we went in guy was screaming at customers and distracted. I was told there would be an hour wait, which is fine. I asked if it was ok to go out for an hour and come back. Said no problem. I asked should we check in and pay before leaving to secure our spot? Guy said don’t worry about it. When we got back 45 min later he told me they don’t let you wait elsewhere and come back and that we were back of the line again to wait another hour. Terrible customer service. Terrible experience here! When my group got there we were told it would be an hour wait. We decided to go get food while we waited. We asked the employee if it was okay for us to leave and if we needed to pay beforehand or do anything to secure our spot. We were told not to worry go get food and come back in an hour. And hour later we arrived back, only to be told we would be at the back of the line and have to wait an additional half an hour. We decided to go elsewhere. It was my first time at a shooting ranch and the guys there where extremely helpful and kind.
Friendly & helpful staff, decent prices, nice clean place.... you’ll def have a fun time here.
