Jo Jo and her team are amazing!!!! Five stars does not do her justice. I had to sell our home from out of state and she managed the entire process. Our home needed repairs and upgrades prior to selling with work that needed to be done by 5 different types of contractors (roof work, flooring, painters, etc.). She oversaw it all, from coordinating the work, to overseeing the quality of the work, to facilitating payment and quotes.
