Absolute disaster from start to finish. I went in to Nikki for a rich auburn over top of what was already very close. Multiple inspiration pictures were shown plus what I did not want. As my hair was being blow-dried I began to see a very red/pink ginger. I vocalized right then that it was far off. Nikki agreed, put a temporary toner in to keep things looking manageable, and told me I could get it fixed within a week. Nikki is amazing!! I have thick hair and she did such a great job with it. She’s so sweet, patient, and really takes her time to make sure everything looks perfect. You can tell she really knows what she’s doing and cares about her clients. The whole staff is also so friendly and welcoming. I absolutely love how my hair turned out and will definitely be coming back to Nikki!!

Nikki is great!! She takes her time listening to what you want before starting and checks in throughout and at the end to make sure the end result is exactly what you described. She's so friendly and makes you feel very comfortable :). The owner, George, always makes you feel welcome - big family like atmosphere. Highly recommend!
