What a phenomenal experience all around. Matt & his team are top notch, they’re incredibly efficient & professional. The mobile brick oven delivers both a unique & delicious setup. I’ve coordinated many weddings & hands down this was the best food I’ve had. 5 stars does not serve this business justice!

We used Brick and Blaze Pizza Co. for a graduation party last week. The pizza and the service were excellent. Matt and his team were responsive, kind, and just top notch. The pizza and salad were excellent. Highly recommend!!!!!
$22 for this small pizza. 6 slices, each like 3-4 bites. There was supposed to have chicken and caramelized onions on it and it barely had any chicken and no onion. Although, it was covered in tomatoes. The pizza did have a nice fire taste but definitely not worth the money.
