Was an interesting quick stop to see part of American history. Where neighbors fought neighbors and to know we were walking on ground that was bloodied in battle. Its quite humbling to see the grave stones and monument. Very informative on the battle lines. Worth a quick stop that took maybe 20 minutes!
There was a slaughter here of the confederates. With over 70 men who gave there lives here on June 10 1864

This is a monument and cemetary at a crossroads. There is no shelter from the sun.
