Their property manager is the rude and meanest in the industry. They made me paid a security deposit and first month rent knowing the apartment wasn’t available and the refused to give me back my money.
When I had my tour of one of 2 apartments, I realized how clean the outside was! The property looked well taken care of, which lets me know that they take care of their residents. Kayla was absolutely wonderful! I was already hyped about two black women in the space running things but Kayla really broke down things for me and took her time to really answer any questions I had during my tour. This is a 5 Star Review but I’ll talk just a little smack haha First, DesyRae, Kayla, Dixon, Justin, and the entire team are stellar!!! I’ve been living at Bricegrove for almost 8 years and DesyRaes’ management is by far the best!!! Secondly, Bricegrove supposedly has a partnership with Airbnb BUT they have not provided a lease that complies with the City Licensing Section. I’ve lived at a few apartments in my life; between college, work relocations, and now. Bricegrove deserves 6 stars. I’ve been here for almost a year and have zero complaints. The office staff are friendly, attentive, quick to respond, and care about the community. The same for their maintenance team which I’ve only had to use twice; once for move in inspection, and once for inspecting the AC. They respond quickly and do quality work the first time around.
