I would strongly advise anyone, especially families, to avoid BriceGrove Park Apartments. The rent here is incredibly expensive, More importantly, the management showed a complete lack of human decency and respect for the law. They kicked me and my three children out of our home. Girlfriend of a tenant here. This apartment complex doesn't think about the people living here. They only want to make money off of them. Constant price raises (for poorly renovated units that fall apart within one year of living or already falling apart when you move in and random holes). They charge left and right for anything they can. They have a nasty open compactor that is stuffed on the weekends from everyone in the surrounding area dumping but the residents get charged the difference. As well as "valet" trash service that doesn't even come every night. You cannot just directly communicate with anyone as they screen calls and are either not in the office or have maintenance men in there at all times. Zero privacy.
