I am so confused with all of these positive reviews. Several residences received surprised charges on their rent bill. I was blindsided and didn't find out until 11/3 because of a mass email. The email didn't go into too much detail and left people with a lot of questions. I have since requested an audit of these utility charges because I feel that I was over charged. Was a resident from Feb 2022 through Sept 2024. I only moved after rent raises priced me out. The area was good, the 2B1Ba flat w/ attached garage was good. Internet was Spectrum and wasn't the fastest, but I never had any unexpected outages. Electric was AEP, water was via Conservice which I heard has changed recently, and Gas was through Columbia Gas of Ohio. Maintenance requests were completed quickly and effectively and communication with the property management team was simple.
Overall, my living experience here at Bricegrove has been awesome. The staff and maintenance crew make sure my needs are met in a timely matter. Only concerns I have with living at Bricegrove is that the valet trash pickup is inconsistent, so I take my trash to the compactor myself. Also the fact that some of the residents don’t put their trash in the compactor like they should
They were clean and updated. There were several floor plans to choose from.
Their property manager is the rude and meanest in the industry. They made me paid a security deposit and first month rent knowing the apartment wasn’t available and the refused to give me back my money.
