I came in for a tour and the property manager was just rude. I came to ask questions as it’s my first time moving and she just started to make me feel less than asking about my income in a snarky way. Making me feel like don’t waste my time because I probably can’t afford it. Then a face she was more familiar with came in and they laughed and talked as if I wasn’t even present. I don’t really care how nice the apartment is I don’t want to live under that kind of property manager.
I honestly have mixed feelings about this apartment complex. The neighbors and amenities are very nice to have but my husband and I have been having problems with maintenance and the valet trash services since we moved in. Maintenance does respond in a timely manor and are very polite but we have had to put in service requests multiple times just to get 1 service done correctly.
