Everyone knows that if you lease a car you take it to the dealer for service but IF YOU OWN YOUR CAR THEN YOU TAKE IT TO BRICA’S. Brica’s attention to detail was awesome and full on transparency. My VW GTI had a low oil issue which was caused my a missing bolt that my dealership forgot to put on months ago, which led to leakage of oil. Brica found the problem and resolved in the same day and did a synthetic oil change. He even provided me pics showing where the missing bolt was located. Great guy, great shop. As someone who doesn't know anything about cars, it's always intimidating going to a mechanic. But service at Brica's garage is always great, fast, and reasonable. He makes sure to explain what he's doing and stands by his work. I highly recommend him and will be going only to him for any and all future car needs!
Brica's is amazing. Our Volvo was making a weird noise. I scheduled an appointment for the morning after getting back from a trip via Newark Airport. He spent a solid hour assessing what was wrong, sent me detailed information on the problem, and assured us that we were safe to drive the car back to Ithaca (our home). He refused to accept payment. I wish he would relocate the shop to Ithaca.
The best repair shop on earth, honest people, good work, fair prices. Did a great job on all my cars. I like this shop. The owner is knowledgeable, and his prices are fair. He’s calm and professional. Friendly. I think I will be doing more business with this particular auto mechanic and his staff. Great job, everyone. I always recommend them to all my friends and family.
