I had a great experience at this shop! My transmission was replaced quickly, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. The price was very fair, and Brica was very professional, courteous, and honest. It’s refreshing to find a mechanic who truly values good service and efficiency. Highly recommend!
Brica’s attention to detail was awesome and full on transparency. My VW GTI had a low oil issue which was caused my a missing bolt that my dealership forgot to put on months ago, which led to leakage of oil. Brica found the problem and resolved in the same day and did a synthetic oil change. He even provided me pics showing where the missing bolt was located. Great guy, great shop. Great service, communication and price. I brought in my Golf R for a 40k mile service. Oil change, haldec service, and brake flush all done in a timely manner with updates on progress and condition of components. I was advised well on what services were needed now and down the line.
Brica garage is a rare find!! I called with a problem of starting my car (Golf GTI) and with various Engine error messages showing. I was able to come same day and get the correct diagnosis and solution!! Such a professional and honest service at a very reasonable price is hard to come by. Everyone knows that if you lease a car you take it to the dealer for service but IF YOU OWN YOUR CAR THEN YOU TAKE IT TO BRICA’S. It’s very rare to find honest guys in the auto repair business but Brica’s Auto Garage really cares and he keeps his customer well informed throughout the repair process.
