Buyer Beware! Not the same it was years ago. You will spend more time replacing/returning . Wrong sizes, wrong material, wrong color. Last few orders have been so screwed up. Never fully resolved. We're just so desperate for smocks we keep trying. Received my replacements today and 1 out of 3 is still not what I ordered. I GIVE UP!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Been a customer for 30 years. Ordered 4 smocks. 2 were not the same quality. Cheaper material and snaps. Wanted to exchange for the same quality as other 2. Emailed them 5 times over 2 months. NO RESPONSE.
I was very disappointed in the way a transaction was handled. I purchased 3 Hairstyling Capes at the Long Beach Hair Show. The snaps were not holding when I put the capes on. So called about returning, and I was told by someone to return the capes and a check would be mailed to me. That check never came, so called again, once, twice and finally got someone to say that they don't give money back, but will send a better cape, with larger snaps.
