Had a terrible experience via Airbnb. Booked accomodation for a month. Arrived at the premises and found the place to have a terrible smell, sticky bench tops, goanna poo, Ivy growing under the door from outside, cobwebs and mould in shower and other parts of the home. Andrew was very helpful during the process of selling my property and easy to work with. He went over-and-above to assist me with sale of the property.
Recently purchased a property that was for sale from this agency, which is also a holiday rental managed by the property management arm of the same company. From start to finish Andrew was fantastic.
