Great centre all you need there. Taken on as new patient. Doctor was great receptionist was lovely
Since dr Amanda chin has left its gone down hill.. got to wait 4 to 6 weeks to see new dr. We miss the receptionist that has left. Worse thing they did was move to new premisis.... nothing is followed up except what dr chin did before she left. im not happy anymore with Bribie island medical centre.
Bribie Island Medical Centre - AVOID I cannot recommend Bribie Island Medical Centre after our recent experience. My elderly father, aged 78 with serious health conditions including COPD, heart arrhythmia, and chronic pain, has been a loyal patient for over 12 years. When his regular doctor left, the clinic misled him by claiming the doctor was "on holiday" for over a month instead of honestly stating he had relocated to another practice. Totally lost me after 10 years plus Dr Jones has Left and the staff are just downright RUDE I’m a heart patient requiring my medication ….i phoned up as usual for a phone consultation and was abused because there’s 2 weeks waiting time ….WHAT …Im desperate….they booked double pm NO PHONE CALL So luckily knowing this mob are nothing more than dollar driven now got immediately taken in by Bribie Doctors 5 star switched on doctors totally high class service and reception girls can’t do enough for you new or old clients …hoping ... read more
