Great pool and staff are friendly and helpful. Especially Lauren.
Staff were friendly, and the hot chips were delicious, but I was disappointed that there was no gravy, and the sauce wasn’t free—it’ll cost you extra. What’s worse is the $3.65 fee for children or adults just to spectate. I was there for a swimming lesson for one of my children and was told to leave my other children at home if I didn’t want to pay the spectator fee. Love going there. Haven’t tried heated pool in winter yet.
The heated pools never heated. Always have the doors open and the pool is cold. I go there for my Client and it’s always cold. I struggle with the cold in the heat of Pool the Services shit we go there for disability Client and they’re charging us full price and they can see his disability. They need to use some common sense.
