Dr. A is AMAZING. Based on the work I’ve had done thus far, I have found him to be incredibly thorough. He takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes every visit comfortable and stress-free.I had two crowns this morning and must also give a special shout out to JILL for the extra care and comfort she provided during the procedure and KIM at the front desk for her joyfulness! Highly recommend!
Dr. Al-mousali and his staff are wonderful! Everyone is always so friendly and welcoming. I had some dental pain the other day and they were quick to get me seen the next day. Dr. Al-mousali is very thorough and great at explaining procedures and return precautions.
I’ll be honest, my first impression here was not good at all. The receptionist was not welcoming and came off as unfriendly. Basic customer service and hospitality seem to be lacking a bit. The dentist and dental hygienist were great, which is the main reason this isn’t a one-star review. The biggest issue was the billing. I had X-rays done and was charged $220, even though I have insurance. No one explained what my insurance actually covered as far as the total bill, I was just told an amount to pay at the end. I have been a patient at Briarwood for many years. While I typically experience apprehension regarding dental care, I must commend Dr. Abdrhman Almouseli and Nikki, my hygienist, for their exceptional care. Their compassionate and attentive approach truly demonstrates a commitment to patient well-being.
Rachel is a very friendly person and does a nice gentle cleaning. She is very good at explaining things that may come up during the appointment.
