Zero stars. DO NOT live here. They are the worst management I have ever encountered. We went through maybe four or five different managers while we lived here and they refused to answer emails, their phone, and refused to let us into their office to RETURN OUR KEYS after we (thankfully) moved and found a much better place. We have lived here for two and a half years and our experience has been subpar. I believe we’re on property manager number six since we moved in and they’ve all been extremely unhelpful. In the last couple of months we’ve reached out about missed garbage pickups, rodents in our unit, and now the stoppage of mail delivery and have not received a response about any of these issues. My husband applied to these townhomes three weeks ago, they never responded and just took our application money. Don’t waste your time or money on them they don’t even have the courtesy of getting back to you.
READ THIS FIRST BEFORE CONSIDERING APPLYING AT THIS APPARTMENT COMPLEX, DONT LET THE PICTURES FOOL YOU! This place is no longer what it used to be, it used to be a nice calm apartment complex. I feel like the new owners put the wrong manager in charge of this complex, the residents dont feel listened to.
