RecommendedSuch a beautiful place. Friendly managers. Great party’s. They have a pool. They have a hot tub. They have a exercise Room. Library room and game room. They have a nice clubhouse where they play Bunco & Bingo they have BBQs New Year party’s. Lots to do. Wonderful fenced in dog park. Nice place to Retire and relax. Gated community.
very nice place for seniors all the neighbors are very friendly. Beautiful scenery right inside the mobile home court. Things to do they have activities several times a month a swimming pool in the summertime. some of the most beautiful trees in the fall the colors are awesome. safe place gated close to shopping centers also Banks and a dog park inside the mobile Court. I don't think it could be any nicer place to live when you are a senior
If you’re living with someone who isn’t lazy and cheap: Not fixing a roof leak for 1 straight year; Then let MOLD GROW in the bathroom wall, and let the other person living there, BREATHE IT FOR 2 years straight, till I had to move out of that roommate’s trailer. Took him 7 months to fix a latch for the lock on the carport door too. Ridiculous!!�
In order to live there you have to give them all your personal details, including SS number, bank account info, Drivers license and income. They don't have anyway of keeping this secure other than a locked filing cabinet. Your ID could be stolen at anytime.
