It is a wonderful place to live in except for the manager. When the time comes to sell your home they will prevent the sale until you complete a list of items which (In their sole discretion) will include cutting down trees that have been on your lot since the park was built (1978) and make changes to other things that were ok when you moved in, even things that were permitted and inspected by the city of Eugene.
