Great builder, very helpful with all inquires. Ronaldo is very generous and does an excellent job fixing stuff around the house, highly recommend.

Before we bought home with Briarwood, we read the mixed reviews and were really stumped on whether we should proceed with the purchase. We really liked everything about the home’s layout (and we looked at layout options of sooo many tier 1 builders across GTA, none came even close to the spacious, open, and practical offering of Briarwood), the location, and the promise of a great home. We bought at Youngs Cove Prince Edward Estates. Very nice and functional designs with features of Estate Homes. We took ownership in December of 2023. COVID 19 affected cost and completion of our house. The ladies at the office were pleasant to deal with.
