We just closed on our home and we found the staff and everyone in the Briarwood team to be professional helpful and even though we had a few minor deficiencies, they were taking care of quite promptly. Our experience through the whole process was the best we've ever had and we have purchased three new homes in the past. The best service and helpful friendly staff. Liana was amazing to work with during our Decor selections.

Buying a preconstruction property can be an overwhelming process, but working with Sveta and her incredible wealth of knowledge and excellent communication skills, helped smooth things over. She connected me with the right people to coordinate a PDI, answered my concerns long before the site construction even began, and has continued to walk me through next steps and so much more! I've dealt with a number of builders and generally didn't have any issues. Briarwood has typically been pleasant to work with as well but this time around though, I had a catastrophic personal issue come up which I can guarantee you no builder would bother to listen to, but they did. They saved us from a situation that would have crippled us and for that we're extremely thankful. Good souls exist! Thank you.

I've personally been dealing with Svithlana for a while now as my condo is being built. She's been utterly exceptional at communication and ensuring all my questions are being answered. I'll never forget when she called me back on a Friday, after hours, going into a long weekend as she made it a priority to make sure my questions were being met.
