Of course our AC would go out in the middle of a heatwave!!! I called several companies, including my go to, and none could make it out or returned my call. Briarwood answered the call and told me they would be out between 10 and 2 the next day. I assumed that meant between 2-3 as I figured we would be last on the list, AND I WAS OK WITH THAT. they made it out at 10am, diagnosed the problem with in a couple min, made the repair and tested the unit all with in maybe 10 min. BRIARWOOD Heating & Cooling is the BEST! Really... BRIARWOOD IS GREAT! Paul recently came out to repair our air conditioner and charged a very affordable price. Paul was so nice and efficient and honest. We LOVE BRIARWOOD! They are the only company I call now. Very professional. I called at 8 am and my air conditioner was fixed by 12 Noon the same day. Steve was polite, knowledgeable and quick to fix the problem.
