Can't say enough good things about Briarwood Heating & Cooling and the excellent people that work there. Not only do they know their business, they really care about their customers and the services they provide them. I purchased my furnace and water heater from Briarwood as well as have them service them. i would recommend Briarwood to anyone who is looking for dependable products and service with a outstanding company that knows their products and cares about the customers they serve.

Furnace stopping and starting low heat. Call Briarwood on a busy day on Nov 18. They said they were really busy but would work me in. Got a call in 2 hrs. from Lee and said he was on his way. He found the problem and showed me in detail what it was in detail. Been with them for years. 5 star for sure.

BRIARWOOD Heating & Cooling is the BEST! Really... BRIARWOOD IS GREAT! Paul recently came out to repair our air conditioner and charged a very affordable price. Paul was so nice and efficient and honest. We LOVE BRIARWOOD! They are the only company I call now. I take care of three homes--my parents' old home in Warren, my Uncle's condo in Warren, and my home in Rochester.
