Briarwood absolutely saved me. My air-conditioning condenser went out in the middle of a Michigan summer, and they had a technician at my house the same day. Thank you Briarwood Heating and cooling for doing amazing job!!! My House AC stopped working, I called Briar wood Heating & cooling, They sent someone to take a look next day morning. After reviewing my AC compressor was not working. Unfortunately I had to replace it. Had water heater tank installed. Old water tank was terrible. Only good thing about the old tank was Briarwood c/o label was on it. Price reasonable. Permits, tank, parts, labor included. Already had a few things attached and ready for installation so price was reasonable. Guys worked fast. Tested everything gas line , pilot, temperature. Answered questions. No issues. Smooth transaction and process. They did a great job. Briarwood is on my list of contacts for any future work. Thanks again!

Just had a great experience with Briarwood Heating and Cooling. I had a High Eff. Boiler that was starting to show its age and parts were becoming harder to find. After doing some research I decided I wanted to use a Lochinvar Boiler as its replacement. Briarwood is a certified Lochinvar installer and after reviewing my goals with them, we had the same vision to improve my layout of the boiler room.
