Not only do they know their business, they really care about their customers and the services they provide them. I purchased my furnace and water heater from Briarwood as well as have them service them. i would recommend Briarwood to anyone who is looking for dependable products and service with a outstanding company that knows their products and cares about the customers they serve.
Furnace stopping and starting low heat. Call Briarwood on a busy day on Nov 18. They said they were really busy but would work me in. Got a call in 2 hrs. from Lee and said he was on his way. He found the problem and showed me in detail what it was in detail. Been with them for years. 5 star for sure.

My water heater went out last night so I called Briarwood this morning and they literally had a team out within hours and replaced. Installers Dakota, Matt H, and Matt M were terrific and the price was very reasonable. I've used this company before for other things and would never use anyone else. Highly satisfied, thank you!!
Dakota and Matt M came out and installed a new furnace for us today. They were nice and very knowledgeable. Dakota walked me through where the filter goes, replacing it and how to tell when it needs replacing. He took the time to make sure all of my questions were answered and even addressed some I had not thought about!
Thank you, Briarwood for being so prompt with returning a text/call and coming out for a service call. Everyone that I have talked with or met has been extremely kind and helpful! Steven was out today and fixed my problem quickly and used proper ppe! Thank!

This business is the best . I have had work by them many times. Once I called after hours about a problem with my furnace and Steven walked me through the process of what it might have been and he was right. Fixed the problem over the phone, no charge. Great people, family owned
