Just had a great experience with Briarwood Heating and Cooling. I had a High Eff. Boiler that was starting to show its age and parts were becoming harder to find. After doing some research I decided I wanted to use a Lochinvar Boiler as its replacement. Just had my A/C unit replaced and these guys did a fantastic job! The installers were friendly, easy to talk to and professional. They took the time to answer my questions and made sure it was working properly before they left. They also kept things neat and cleaned up afterwards, which I really appreciated. You can tell they take pride in their work and care about doing a good job! I highly recommend Briarwood Heating & Cooling to anyone.

Any problem we've ever had with heating or cooling we automatically call Briarwood. So when I came home from a trip, my house was 46 degrees & I gave them a call. Technician Stephen came the following morning and declared my furnace could not be repaired. He backed it up with pictures and gave me a quote which I felt was more than reasonable and made the appointment for installation. Our 29-year-old furnace wasn’t turning on one night, so we called Briarwood first thing the next morning, and Steven arrived by 9 a.m. He was very knowledgeable and honest. He got us the next available slot for a furnace installation just two days later. Matt and Matt were extremely friendly and polite, and worked nonstop to replace our furnace in just a couple of hours. They left our basement cleaner than when they arrived!

My hot water heater was replaced by briarwood,and after a week or so the water started to smell like rotten eggs. Steven arrived last night and install my new anode rode in 30 minutes. Totally appreciated this company. Thanks
