I am so happy that I called Briarwood for my heating and cooling needs. I met with Lee for my service call and estimate and he was extremely knowledgeable and answered every question I had. I ended up needing a new unit and Matt, Justin and Anthony were the members of my team that installed. When they arrived at my home they all introduced themselves to me. We had a fantastic experience with Briarwood Heating & Cooling. Cord and Justin were both incredibly polite, professional, and easy to work with. Cord did an excellent job communicating throughout the entire process, which made everything smooth and stress-free. They replaced our older AC unit with a new Trane system, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Just had a great experience with Briarwood Heating and Cooling. I had a High Eff. Boiler that was starting to show its age and parts were becoming harder to find. After doing some research I decided I wanted to use a Lochinvar Boiler as its replacement. Briarwood is a certified Lochinvar installer and after reviewing my goals with them, we had the same vision to improve my layout of the boiler room. We had Briarwood put in an air conditioning unit and a furnace. Kyle, Matt, and Anthony came out and they were amazing! They are all hard workers and really polite. They went over everything they did at the end of the job and the furnace area was so clean looking. Kyle even put up a file holder so all of our info was right with the furnace. Just had my A/C unit replaced and these guys did a fantastic job! The installers were friendly, easy to talk to and professional. They took the time to answer my questions and made sure it was working properly before they left. They also kept things neat and cleaned up afterwards, which I really appreciated. You can tell they take pride in their work and care about doing a good job! I highly recommend Briarwood Heating & Cooling to anyone.
