Left my house for 2 hrs today and came home to no heat. Technician was here in 10 minutes, repairs completed, Technician Luke was AWESOME. 2nd time using this company and HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Steve from Brianwood came, diagnosed right away and fixed it in about 5 minutes. Then he tested it 4 times to make sure the entire furnace worked properly. He let me watch and explained everything to me, which I really appreciated. I was extra happy about the same-day service (since it was frigid outside) and the low price (just the service call). Would call Briarwood anytime! They are GREAT!

Luke showed quickly after I made the appointment. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue with the furnace and made some adjustments and had everything running again in less than an hour.

Any problem we've ever had with heating or cooling we automatically call Briarwood. So when I came home from a trip, my house was 46 degrees & I gave them a call. Technician Stephen came the following morning and declared my furnace could not be repaired. He backed it up with pictures and gave me a quote which I felt was more than reasonable and made the appointment for installation.
