I lived in these apartments a couple years ago. The apartment itself was fantastic. Just what I was looking for. Greg was super to work with. I had absolutely no issues that were not dealt with immediately. The only problem I had was when I left, the mother was greedy. (she apparently does the books) She charged me for everything regardless of what was discussed with Greg and I. Thank goodness I had taken pictures when I moved in and out. Greg helped get me into an apartment after my house fire the day after I called him. There were zero issues with the apt and I received my full deposit back. Greg again tried to help me find an apt a couple years ago, notifying me of a few openings he had on different occasions. He is an example of integrity and professionalism.
To be blunt, Salina has no shortage of sketchy landlords and places to live. This is not one of them. Greg and his staff are professional and run this property well. Never had any problems with communication, and the rates are fair. The units are older but you can tell they've been taken care of and sometimes updated. I recommend to anyone that's looking for a safe, quiet, well-maintained place.
