Disgustingly overrated and unethical clinic. their staff will overcharge you and charge you for my chart questions regarding simple matters, such as vaccinations or medications, or routine medical care as a form of upcharging to nickel and dime their patients. We were so disappointed in the level of care they seem to have for patients. Do not use this clinic!!!!

Seen Dr. Phang for my prenatal care. Felt like she was rushing me off the video visit twice. Didn’t ask me if I can any questions or concerns. Literally slightly over a 10 minute visit to chart my blood pressure and tell me what to look forward to for my next appointment. I could’ve literally just charted my own blood pressure in a survey and read my instructions that was handed to be previously for an upcoming test. Some good doctors; but very hard to get appointments with your “main” doctor at this place.

I took my 18-month-old son to the clinic to have his ears checked for a possible ear infection. He had just been woken from a nap and was understandably upset. The first doctor wasn’t able to get a clear look because he was crying, so she said she would have a colleague take a look instead. Dr. Helms then entered the room and, to my surprise, barely acknowledged us.
