Timber Ridge at Talus is a terrible company to work for! Their staff are inconsistent in their instructions and the information they provide about the company benefits, policy, and what they need from you as an employee. They are not transparent! They fired my father on unreasonable grounds. He has a back injury and communicated that with the chef and office staff. I spent 3 days calling multiple doctor's offices to get an ADA form. I don’t recommend working for this company they support discrimination of their employees and their employees lying to cover their bad ways. Anyone in a leadership role can’t be trusted and even when you think they have your back they will gladly stab you in the back. I have also meet people who have moved their loved ones into the facility and regretted it and wish they could get them out but due to the contracts they are unable to get their loved ones out of the facility.
My father and his wife moved to Timber Ridge several years ago and their experience has been awesome! Taking full advantage of all social activities has been key to their enjoyment and happiness. Dad sings with three different groups and participates in Reader’s Theater productions. One does not need to be social to enjoy Timber Ridge, but activities are abundant and can certainly enhance retirement living.
Community relations staff are first rate. They answer all of your questions with great detail and care.
Don't take your love ones there... ALEJANDRO, the security manager as he called himself, was very rude and invaded my privacy by taking pictures of me without my consent.... He asked why did i take pictures of the street... Never took any picture of any one or i never invaded anyone's privacy.... So i can't take pictures of the fall color trees and the outside building to show my mom?... Did not incur on any illicit activity on their property and was HARASSED by that person... Wonder how they treat their residents now...
