Briarwood apartments is not a good place to stay at, they have serious problem/major issues with the building themselves. I know of a few buildings that have rats crawling inside of them, and many people have heard them aswell, when brought up to the office all they do is get pest control to spray liquid around the interior of the unit, this does not work for when they come from outside to inside, they fail to get pest control to check the buildings, all buildings. Just moved in and so far I love it, my neighbors are friendly. The ladies from the front office Tanya and Jennifer are very nice. They make you feel welcome and glad to call this place my home now

They are really slow at getting maintenance issues taken care of IF at all. My elderly mother lives here and has leaking floors and walls and I'm sure mildew, but they just ignore her when she mentions it to them. It's ridiculous really....
