Wonderful Caring Staff We're so lucky we found Briarwood Animal Hospital and Dr. Hale. The staff know us and our pets by name. When we had to let one of our dogs go two years ago, the staff sent us a sympathy card and donated to a local rescue organization in our dog's name. Having 2 cocker spaniels, we need the best grooming possible and they're it!

My Experience At Briarwood Animal Hospital, Not So Good!! – will never use briarwood animal hospital again.. we had a stray dog in our neighboorhood get hit by a car, my neighbor took her to the closest vet, briarwood animal hospital, she had a 6in gash in her front chest, and couldnt really walk, was in extreme pain.. they xray'd her and gave her pain medication, for apprx $300, then told us she would need $2000 worth of surgery to fix a broken pelvis...they said if she wasnt picked up by 5 oclock they would have the pound ... read more

She always puts the patient first and is truly an asset to our hospital. Boarding service at Briarwood – I called to find out the price of boarding and receptionist told me she could not get anyone to answer the phone. That should have tipped me off to the poor customer service in that dept. I have had no trouble with animal care but the other side of the clinic - boarding and grooming is another story. When I went in to drop off my pets, there was no one at the desk and no bell to ring. Groomers busy working could see me standing and waiting. Dr. Ashley is the best!! My dog had to have two major surgeries in one week, and I've never met someone as devoted to her job as Dr. Ashley. She treated my puppy as though it was her own, and went FAR above and beyond the call of duty to make sure my dog got better. If it wasn't for her, my puppy wouldn't be alive. She is an amazing doctor and person with a big heart for our furry little friends!

I love Briarwood Animal Hospital! The staff is so caring & helpful. They are always flexible & willing to offer assistance. It is just such a friendly place! Dr Ashley Mounts truly excels! I don't know what we'd do if we had to move & leave her behind! We've moved a lot & never thought much about having to find a new vet (she's our 5th)... until now. She really fights for the health of your pet. She has saved not one but two of our aging dogs from pending euthanasia by being willing to try all angles & investigate even the s... read more
