First agent was great but after she was moved it just went downhill from there. The house had some structural problems (and minor cosmetic issues) that weren’t being addressed after multiple attempts and we were told “sometimes you don’t want to know how the sausage is made”. This was in late 2023. We had to walk away from it and forfeit our earnest money. If you are planning on purchasing with them it would be a good idea to check on things as it is being built.
