Knowledgeable pediatricians, kind administrative staff, timely appointments, and accessible staff and appointments. There are many negative reviews because appointments can run late or because they have to wait 2 minutes for front desk to check them in... It's a doctor's office so you should expect to wait. Being self-important doesn't move you to the front of the line. Every patient is important.
Bad first experience from the wait time, to professionalism. If there wasn’t such a shortage of pediatricians on cape, we’d go elsewhere. Edit: After FINALLY being assigned to a consistent pediatrician who can get to know my children, I’ve come to like the office more. They’ve also always had sick appointments available.
Amazing staff! The office is always able to get you in for an appointment when needed.
