Not a good service
I loveeee my new home and the process was great. I really appreciated the sellers agent he was great even if he was the sellers agent Marcos his communication is phenomenal and my construction manager Al, I can tell he really took his time and effort to make the home a home, he was so passionate and nice and his communication is also phenomenal. The only thing I can see being an issue is the sterling hoa. They have been poor at communicating so far. Other than that I’m extremely happy about my home and community.
