Went in to get my oil changed and realized I needed a new car battery. While customer service was fine initially, I ended up paying $425 for the combo after being heavily convinced to replace my battery right then and there. What they failed to mention or have me sign away is that they would keep my old battery—which was my personal property and still had an active 3-year AAA warranty worth $250. Every time I come they are always professional, fast, and efficient. The place is clean and I feel comfortable- especially as a female. I recommend
I've lived in Memorial for 10+ years. I have visited this gas station 100+ times during this past decade. I'm am always blown away about their HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and their inability to keep the place clean. There is gas spilled all over the bays... Highly recommend going to Kroger across the street for a better experience..
