This apartment complex has a great location! But that is where the good things end. Sure the apartments are nice and pretty, but I actually want things to work. Be aware that if you choose a first level or ground apartment you will pay $10.00 more. If there is a garage available, it will not be near your building. If you are on the north side of any building, there may be an ice problem. People have fallen down. I am a witness to that. The first time I reported face to face with management, I was told maintenance "does not" do the ice removal but an "outside" company has to be called.
