dr chung is a horrible dentist who yells at patients who have developmental disabilities.
Dr. Chung is a wonderful dentist. I needed extensive work done for implants. I am a white-knuckle patient when I have my teeth cleaned so I was terrified. Dr. Chung was understanding, reassuring, and explained everything in detail several times. The procedures were painless and he even returned my call 9:00 on a Friday night when I had concerns. I’ve recommended him several times.
My daughter needed her wisdom teeth out, and all I can say is WOW!! Everything from the staff, atmosphere and of the course Dr Chung was FANTASTIC!! They all went above and beyond to make sure all of my insurance details were in order. Dr Chung spent a large amount of time getting to know my daughter, to explain every detail of what was about to happen and to make her feel extremely comfortable. I PROUDLY recommend Dr Chung and the Briarcliff Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery to everyone!!!
I had such a great experience with Dr Chung. I went into the office with an emergency. They gave me all the options I had to go forward and explained all of the pros and cons of each procedure I could receive. I decided to do a implant which involved pulling my tooth out and coming back to fallow threw with the rest. I was nervous but they were so great in guididng me threw and making it as painless as possibly they also fallowed threw after making sure I was ok. I Highly recommend them!
Dr. Chung is one of the best doctors I have ever had before! He has always made me feel comfortable and safe. I had to get several operations done, which nobody wants to get surgery once, but several times is not fun at all. I don't think I could ever got through it without him and his friendly staff. He talks to you about your options thoroughly and answers every question you may have. Highly, highly recommend him.
Dr. Chung provides substandard care. Treats patients with no respect or care.

Non caring rude doctor and staff. Charges for services not received then says it's going to collections if you don't pay! Will no except payments from handicapped patient on limited income. DO NOT USE THIS DOCTOR!!!

This patient is angry simply because she didn't want to pay her bill. Our office is everything about excellent, and ethical care.
Steer clear of this dentist and the practice. Dr. Chung lacks basic bedside manner expected when going into an anxious ridden procedure. Extremely rude, as well as his staff. Does not like taking the requisite time necessary to explain if you aren't clear on the procedure. Arrogant and aloof. Would never refer any of my friends to utilize his services. Save your self an unnecessary headache in addition to the pain that you might be experiencing by not using this dentist!!!

I recently had two teeth pulled and was very nervous about it. The staff and the doctor made me feel at ease!
