At $250 per night, one would expect that the least they could do is housekeeping for multi-day stays. But no. The website does not mention this and there are no humans about to speak with so it's buyer beware. There is a nice big backyard area, not fenced in but nice. The rooms are very basic and the walls are paper thin so be prepared to hear your neighbors. Will nit stay here again. Overpriced and underserved.
Room were clean, no on sight employee, needs better updating., not a fan!
Great room and great location for everything we were doing in the Berkshires. Quiet motel off the main road, clean room that was pet friendly and very reasonably priced. The code to enter the room was texted to me a few hours before check-in and we got a great email with some excellent ideas sent a few days ahead of time that was very helpful and had great suggestions. We booked the Little Lion based on our interest in the Red Lion Inn and previous comments. When we stayed, our experience was closer to more recent reviews. There was no lobby, and no one onsite to speak with, which felt cold, impersonal and insecure. Our room was dirty and in disrepair, with rotting wood in the bathroom near the shower and dog treats and cosmetics from previous guests just under the nightstand.
