I visited this location to assist a friend who was laying new flooring in one of the condos! He needed assistance moving the refrigerators. However, the exterior of the condos, looked well kept. There are lots of parking spaces, greenery, shrubberies and trees. This should help keep utilities lower. I found the layout, a little challenging, but some signs directing the condo building numbers would help. However, as the directions are currently laidout, it would not be a deal-breaker for me. It would be nice if they got rid of little and young they are the worse stay far away I own a property and all they do is make life harder nothing is easy trust me they are a bad fit as property management
Do something about the mice infestation near the apartments by the pool! That hole by the walkway that they refuse to fix is letting mice in… I got 7 different mice on a glue trap in 3 days… That’s disgusting. They refuse to do anything about them, and you can’t talk to anyone, Because they won’t pick up the phone! I’m about ready to report them to the health department if my grandma show me a picture of another mice. I don’t recommend anyone stay here.
