Absolutely terrible! They have lost my grandfather’s meds. The staff doesn’t answer phone calls for days at a time and when you finally get them to answer they are rude and even hung up on me. I’m concerned that if they’re treating the family this way there’s no way their patients are being treated well. They can’t answer questions competently. The attitude they give is unreal!
