Well maintained
Way overpriced and the apartments aren't that nice
Briarcliff Apartments is the scourge of Raynham. It's quite unfortunate as this is a nice town to live in. The owner, Allen, would prefer to rent to drug dealers, active addicts, and domestic abusers than reputable families of the town. He even raised everyone's rent $50 a month DURING THE PANDEMIC and began evicting nice people who were out of work and falling behind (more than any other year standard was $25 a month per year) but has no issue keeping all the riff raff who collect state benefits and bum around all day causi... read more
