Cons of this apartment complex, always document the condition of apartment, make sure any repairs needed is done before moving in . Manager does not make sure repairs are done. She tricks you to sign a paper your apartment don't need it a pond inspection. If you do not smoke don't live here these tenants smoke cigarettes and marijuana in there apartment and it travels to your apartment upstairs or down. Forget about complaints, they do nothing but move you to another apartment constantly. And you refuse they will not renew y... read more
I have lived here 3 times and this time I have been here 4 yrs. I have never had a problem with anything...except other resident and their shenanigans. Ppl make this place bad bc they don't want to go by the rules. I love it here.
