The aparments themselves are fine and pretty well maintained. They had a high turnover of staff when I lived there, the pool was not well kept, & the front office staff had negative attitudes. The owners aren't from Kansas City, or at least they don't live there and they are just cashing in their rental income from this property, but don't really care to update it or maintain it.

They are incredibly responsive, professional, and always go above and beyond to address any concerns.
