DON'T move in an upstairs apt. It gets 100 degrees in the summer, even WITH air on. The apts have attics above them with no ventilation and no return vents in the hallways. You'll did of heatstroke in the summer. It's 95 degrees in my friend's apt and only 75 degrees outside. But it's sunny, so the apt is on fire! Just say no, until they fix this!!
The manager was super nice and answered all of my questions, she gave me a tour and I didn’t feel like I was rushed she took her time with me and made me feel welcome. Thanks
I am searching for my first apartment. I called Briarcliff Apartments and spoke to Dena the property manager. She was very nice and explained everything to me so that I would understand the process. We scheduled a tour for 2 hours later. When I arrived we toured a 1 bedroom, and a loft. The apartments are really nice and she also told me about a special that they have right now.
