The company that owns Briarcliff Apartment now are trying to charge me extra for my pets. I have already paid a pet deposit when I moved in by 2021. This is the 3rd company to purchase this apartment complexes. Something isn't right. They are stealing our money and over charging us to live here. Don't move here and if anyone already lives here move out fast.
I refuse to stay here. They will not get my business. I was calling to get some information to potentially move. The lady in the office was rude AND hung up in my face. That is extremely unprofessional. I will look for somewhere else. If you’re thinking about it, don’t. Poor professionalism. I see why these ratings are so low. Disgusting.
Marandia is the best
I really don’t even want to give it one star. I never even got a chance to move in. I applied online pay the application fee and the administrative fee and my current landlord received an email and they responded to the email and for weeks nothing so I kept calling until I got someone. The lady I spoke with said I was approved and sent me an email telling me what my deposit was and the amount for rent, but then told me I had to pay the application fee.
