Dr. Cole has been my life line. I have seeing her for a couple of years now. She has helped me in so many ways. Working thru tramu situations and listening to what I'm saying. In my opinion, Dr. Cole speaks the truth (doesn't sugar coat it) sometimes it's hard to swallow but I leave there with tools to help me through the week. I highly recommend Dr. Kimberly Cole for adult trama counseling.
Such a wonderful place. Dr Cole has been an amazing resource through a very difficult time in my life. Always greeted with a smile and welcome arms. I would recommend seeing Dr Cole to anyone. Knowing each appointment was helping equip me to handle my situation and all life has to throw at me was amazing. Some sessions were harder than others but I’m eternally grateful. It’s never too late to make a change in your life. I’m so thankful I did.
Dr. Cole said there wasn't much for me to work on after just a few visits because only one source of my trauma I wasn't ready to work on. I had plenty of other work to be done. I was embarrassed and did not feel like trying to convince someone that I still needed help. She was cold and unfeeling. 0/10, would not recommend. I suggest Bridge Counseling, where they take you seriously.
